Do I need an appointment?
Yes. Mike & Sons Automotive is currently by reservation only. Send your preferred date and time; your appointment is set once the shop confirms it.
What if I don’t know which service I need?
Choose “I’m not sure yet” and describe what you’re noticing. Include warning lights, sounds, or changes in how the vehicle drives so we can review your request.
Can I request an oil change or routine maintenance?
Yes. Choose the service, share your vehicle year, make, model, and mileage if you know it, and tell us when you would like to come in.
Does submitting a request guarantee that time?
No. A preferred date or time is a request, not a reserved slot. The shop must confirm your visit before you arrive.
Will I see a price before repair work?
Service needs vary by vehicle and concern. Ask about the scope and estimate when your appointment is confirmed. Online requests do not authorize repair work or payment.
